SIMPLE SPIRITUAL CLEANSINGS

CLEANSING YOUR SPACE

For Wiccans: Do the elements around your main space… Earth, Air,
Fire and Water done clock wise through each room.

    Cense (going around your space with incense) the house with
cleansing incenses (such as uncrossing, kyphi, sage and
frankincense and myrrh) always working clockwise around the
rooms. Open closets, drawers, doors etc. Remember… you are
spiritually fumigating!

    Seal the Outside of your doors and windows with PROTECTION oil
to block and stop negative energies from entering your home.

    Getting Rid of Unwanted SPIRITS

    Cense each room of your house (again beginning and ending at
the front door) with KYPHI incense. This incense is particularly
designed to banish spirits that you don’t want there. If possible, have
someone help you and follow you while you are “fumigating” your
house with the Kyphi Incense by banging pots and pans together.
YELL at the Spirits to “get out!”. Banish them in the sacred names
of… (insert whatever name for God/Goddess or your higher
power that you are comfortable with). You can also sprinkle holy
water through each room. Placing four blocks of camphor in the
corners of “hot spot” rooms will also help to remove spirits.
Remember, do not place them in an area where children or pets can
access them!

Wearing a pentacle, etc.which is cleansed and blessed by you.
Protection seals, Pouches with various herbs and crystals etc. An old
Italian method is to wrap a pair of open scissors with a red bow and
hang them over doorways to “cut” any negativity from coming into
your home.

    It’s also a great idea to burn “uncrossing” or “protection” candles
regularly in your home and repeat cleansing rituals often.

"Seal" your home by rubbing a small amount of protection oil around
doors, windows, etc.

    You can find your particular “animal totem” or “guardian spirit” and
call upon them to help you protect yourself, home and business.

    If you are going to use crystals in your cleansing and protection
work, it’s important to cleanse them first! Place the crystals in a bowl
filled with water and a handful of sea salt. Immerse the         crystals
in the water and let soak for 3 days. If possible, place the bowl of
water on a windowsill or somewhere where it can get the glow from
sunlight and moonlight. After 3 days, wash the crystal with regular
spring water and "program it" to do you intension

    A SIMPLE BATH

Fill your tub with regular water. Add to it a small amount of Florida
Water, White Flower Petals, a handful of Sea Salt and holy water
(optional).

Take a raw egg in the shell into the tub with you.

Stay in the bath for at least 20 minutes. Make sure you either "dunk"
your head or throw water over you head to cleanse you completely.

Use the egg like a bar of soap and rub it lightly over all parts of your
body, starting at the top of your head and ending at the bottoms of
your feet. While you are doing this, envision and ask that all
negativity around you go INTO this raw egg.

Get out of the tub and do NOT use a towel. Smash the raw egg into
the toliet and "flush away" all negativity. Let your body air dry for at
least 2-3 minutes.

You should feel terrific!
